Select Type of Incorporation
You must select the type of corporation you want to incorporate with our online incorporation service. You can choose between a British Columbia corporation and a Federal (Canada) corporation.
Using our online incorporation service is quick and easy. Spend less than 15 minutes to complete an online form and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s that easy!
If you get your corporate name approved by the government before you complete the online incorporation form, we’ll get you incorporated within 1 week. If your name choice is not yet approved, we’ll submit your name choice for approval after your form is completed and then we’ll get you incorporated within 1 week after your name choice is approved.
We’ll also let you know right away when your incorporation has been completed and then we’ll make the necessary arrangements to have your incorporation package and documents delivered to you within 5 business days (unless your delivery address is outside of Canada in which case delivery could take longer).
